At Ishqa, we deliver our jewellery across India.

Estimated delivery times

  • Indore delivery: 2–3 days (Please send request for 24 hour delivery)

  • Standard delivery across India: 5–7 days

  • Express delivery across India: 3–4 days

These are estimated delivery times, calculated from order confirmation. The days mentioned are working days.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping charges are Rs. 150 and Express shipping charges are Rs. 300. Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 5,000.

Delivery delays

When your order arrives

Please record a clear video while opening your package, beginning before the parcel is opened. This will help us investigate if an item arrives damaged.
